For me, it's not just about the karate itself, but the philosophy behind it; putting in 100% into whatever it is you are doing.  I've had many successes in tournaments, but I'd like to say I'm most proud of my two provincial sportsmanship awards.

Geoffrey Newell Karate Brothers

Karate has given me the opportunity to travel the world both as an athlete and as a referee. I have made many friends and met people who have inspired me and have supported me.  I have learnt a lot over the years and love sharing my passion.
